Dental Exemptions
If you are in one of the following categories you may qualify for full or part exemption from charges:

Under 18
Under 19 and in full time education
An expectant mother
A mother with a child under one year
Your family receive Income Support, Family Credit or are on a low income.

At this present time all NHS dental patients must pay a proportion of the total cost of their dental treatment. These charges are government set and are fixed. The charges are due upon commencement of treatment so we would advise patients to be ready to pay when asked to do so.

The NHS is committed to providing all necessary treatment to secure and maintain your oral health. For those who wish to have cosmetic treatments or those that are not available under the NHS we do offer a private service for your use. We also provide the option to treat some treatments privately as an alternative to NHS dental treatment, give us a call for a consultation and we will be more than happy to discuss your options.
